HVAC Service Manager – Growing Company
Are you an experienced HVAC professional ready to take the next step in your career? We’re a rapidly growing HVAC company looking for a Service Manager to lead our service department, support our technicians, and ensure our customers receive the best experience possible.
What You’ll Do:
Oversee daily service operations and manage a team of technicians
Provide technical support and training to the service team
Schedule and dispatch service calls efficiently
Ensure jobs are completed to company standards and customer satisfaction
Track service department performance and help drive revenue growth
Communicate with customers in a professional, courteous manner
What We’re Looking For:
5+ years HVAC field experience (management experience preferred)
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Ability to coach, mentor, and motivate technicians
Knowledge of residential and light commercial HVAC systems
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
EPA certification and state HVAC licensing (a plus)
