Role Overview:
As an HVAC Service Technician, your main duties will include diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining various HVAC systems for our valued clients. We're seeking someone with an in-depth understanding of HVAC systems, exceptional troubleshooting abilities, and the capacity to work efficiently both independently and collaboratively.
Core Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems, including air conditioning, heating, and ventilation.
Perform routine maintenance and conduct thorough inspections of HVAC equipment.
Deliver top-notch customer service by clearly explaining issues and offering practical solutions.
Keep detailed records of all service and maintenance activities.
Adhere to all safety protocols and company standards.
What We're Looking For:
3+ years of hands-on experience as an HVAC Service Technician.
EPA Certification is a must.
Strong expertise in HVAC systems and their components.
Exceptional diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and within a team.
