Leasing Associate $19-$22 per hour, DOE.
Maintenance Technician 1 $23-$25 per hour, DOE.
Maintenance Technician II $27-$29/hour
Lead Maintenance Technician - Student Housing $27-$30 per hour, DOE.
Assist Maintenance Manager $27 - $30 per hour, DOE plus housing 2X2
Assistant Community Manager - $22 - $23 per hour, DOE
FlexOps Resident Specialist - $23-$25 per hour, DOE
FlexOps Community Manager - $75,000 - $85,000 annually, DOE
