We are a small, growing electrical company looking for a candidate who wants to grow with us, take ownership, and take on new challenges.
Our candidate does not necessarily need to meet all the requirements but must demonstrate the personality to listen, learn, and follow directions, as well as the ambition to be a leader.
We are looking for a journeyman electrician or ET who can fill the following requirements:
-Some experience leading or being a foreman or with the goal and hunger of being a foreman.
-Capable of working independently to solve problems ( brainstorm, focus, resourceful) troubleshoot, understand, and apply the NEC,
-Lead and teach apprentices.
-Open to taking and following directions from superiors.
-Basic but knowledgeable in Word, Excel, and computers or apps.
-Responsible, proactive, and efficient.
-Work in a team
-Able to lift weight
-Able to travel and stay out of LA area for a few months if needed.
-Open to learn Solar installations
-Open to work in Solar decommissioning.
-reliable vehicle and driver's license
-have their tools.
-Have the ET card or proof that you can apply for it.
-If ET electrician then needs to work on getting the Journeyman card
-Clean background to be able to work in school or government facilities.
-Basic Spanish a plus
