Valid California Driver's License in good standing
EPA Certified or willing to obtain
Knowledge of repair and installation of residential, light commercial, split systems, package units, duct systems, mini split systems
Have at least 1-Year Experience, able to work independently
Must have own tools/gauges to get the job done or be able to acquire within reasonable time
Professional, responsible, dependable, honest, great customer service skills
Self-motivated but able to take direction and be part of a team
Must be able to work in attics, under houses, above t-bar ceilings, and on rooftops
Desire to learn and advance
Work truck will be provided
