LICENSED General Handyman (Playa Vista)
We are looking for someone who has a general handyman knowledge ie: Framing, Drywall, Painting, can oversee electrics and plumbing, roofing etc. You must be licensed.
The candidate will oversee a small crew ( 2-3 ) .
Be able to read drawings, organise inspections, and act as a working foreman, reporting to the Project Manager.
Be able to assist in ordering materials, deliveries, dumpsters etc. .
We anticipate the contract period shall be for apx 3 months.
This is to assist with a re-model of a house. This is not an employment contract but a one off consultancy.
The right person will:
Speak English fluently
Be legally able to work in the US
Have transport and most tools
Live within 15 miles of the site
NOT be homeless
Be willing to work flexible hours
