Our team is growing, and we’re looking for a motivated Installer Helper to join us in bringing these systems to life.
Position Overview:
We’re seeking an entry-level Installer Helper to assist our lead technicians on residential and commercial job sites. The ideal candidate has experience in electrical, low-voltage, or general construction—but if you’re handy, motivated, and willing to learn, we’ll train you.
Responsibilities:
- Pull and terminate low-voltage wiring (audio, video, network, control, etc.)
- Assist lead technicians with installation of AV equipment, lighting, and networking systems
- Organize and maintain tools, materials, and jobsite cleanliness
- Perform basic construction-related tasks as needed
- Follow safety protocols and company installation standards
- Work as part of a team to ensure jobs are completed efficiently and professionally
Qualifications:
- Experience in electrical, low-voltage, or construction trades preferred
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely
- Comfortable working on ladders and in attics/crawl spaces
- Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
