We are looking for a skilled, reliable, and polished maintenance professional to join our team. This is a hands-on role for a true jack of all trades who understands the inner workings of a home and can keep our luxury properties in top condition.
Responsibilities include:
General home repairs and upkeep
Painting, patching, and cosmetic touch-ups
Light plumbing and light electrical work
Setting up and troubleshooting smart home systems
Testing and maintaining lighting, appliances, and other home systems
Ensuring homes are guest-ready at all times
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in maintenance, handyman work, or related trades
Strong problem-solving skills and a working knowledge of home systems
Tech-savvy and comfortable using modern tools, apps, and smart devices
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
Polished and professional demeanor – must be comfortable working in luxury environments around high-paying guests
Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently
Compensation & Benefits:
$25–$35 per hour depending on experience
