Sares Regis Group is a leading real estate development and property management firm with over 30 years of success in the western U.S. We manage 36,000 apartment units and 25 million square feet of commercial space—and we’re looking for a skilled, dependable Maintenance Technician I to join our team in Los Angeles.
Schedule:
Tuesday – Saturday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay:
$24.00–$27.00/hour + bonuses, rental discounts, and full benefits

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Handle maintenance service requests and unit turnovers
Perform repairs inside and out: drywall, painting, plumbing, appliances, HVAC, boilers, and more
Participate in emergency/on-call coverage as scheduled
Maintain inventory and keep storage areas organized
Deliver excellent customer service to residents and vendors
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
Minimum 2 years of experience in multiple trades (electrical, plumbing, drywall, paint, appliances)
Ability to read service orders and follow safety procedures
Professional, reliable, and committed to quality work
High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience
Weekend availability required
