the company seeks a driven individual willing to work hard to become part of our Die Department team.
The Die Department is the “brain” of the company where each mold is intricately designed and milled to make our products: police badges, belt buckles, pins, name bars etc.
This individual will provide support within the die department organizing, maintaining, innovating, designing, and creating.
We make quality badges and therefore seek a quality candidate to join the team with the skills below:
- Experience in operating CNC Mills, and familiarity with most types of current tooling, are important but not required
- CAD Software experience (digital drawing/tracing)
- Adobe Illustrator (it’s a plus but not required)
- Mill Software experience (it’s a plus but not required)
- Willingness to learn, be taught, and work hard (MUST)
- Able to take direction well, accurately, and effectively
- Attention to detail and high organizational skills
- Solution oriented, problem-solving skills
- Effective communication skills (politeness big plus)
- Initiative skills
- Bilingual (English + Spanish) (it’s a plus but not required)
- Responsible and punctual
Duties are set but not limited to:
CNC machining
Wire machining
Digital Sketching/Tracing (artwork)
Making steel die molds
