Comprehensive oversight and management of construction projects from start to finish. Ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. Primary point of contact on-site, coordinating and supervising all activities to ensure efficient progress and adherence to project plans, specifications, and regulatory requirements. Duties will also include managing and scheduling subcontractors, laborers, and suppliers, allocating resources effectively to meet project milestones, interpreting, and implementing construction drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications, ensuring that work is executed accurately and in compliance with building codes and industry standards. Safety will be a top priority under your leadership, safety protocols and conduct regular inspections to mitigate risks and promote a secure working environment for all personnel on site.
