We specialize exclusively in blowouts, dry styling, and premium add-on services—focusing on exceptional results, elevated customer experience, and a strong, professional team culture. Position Overview
As a Blowout Stylist, you will provide exceptional styling services, maintain a clean and organized workstation, and ensure every client feels welcomed and cared for. This role is ideal for stylists who love blow-drying, styling, and delivering outstanding guest experiences—without cutting or color services.
What You’ll Do
Perform high-quality blowouts, dry styling, and finishing services
Offer add-on services (conditioning treatments, scalp massage, extensions, braids, etc.)
Deliver friendly, attentive customer service from start to finish
Maintain a clean, hygienic, and professional workstation
Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with consistent bookings
Follow all salon guidelines, service standards, and sanitation requirements
Communicate clearly with clients and team members
Contribute to a positive, supportive, drama-free team culture
Requirements
Must have proven experience in blowouts/blow-dry styling
Valid California cosmetology license
Strong styling and finishing skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume salon
Professional appearance and communication skills
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Comfortable working part-time shifts
Ability to stand for long periods and manage back-to-back appointments
