Scheduling / Sequencing
Quality Control
Work In Progress (WIP) Reporting
Material Management
Manage Inspections
Site Organization
Site Safety & Security
Personal Attributes:
- Well Organized – A MUST
- Strong Communications Skills (understanding of Spanish is preferred)
- Ability to read, understand and troubleshoot architectural and structural plans
- Ability to breakdown complex issues and propose workable solutions
- Familiarity with CMS (Procore) & Other General Computer Skills ie Microsoft Office
- Good people management skills
- Responsible, Punctual, Honest
- Must have a Valid Driver's license
