A property management company with multiple properties in South Los Angeles is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician. The primary responsibility will be troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems, along with assisting in other general property maintenance needs.
Qualifications:
Solid hands-on experience with HVAC systems (diagnosing, troubleshooting, and fixing).
General property maintenance skills (plumbing, electrical, basic repairs, etc.).
Someone dependable who can work independently and get the job done right.
Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Previous property management or residential/commercial maintenance experience preferred.
