Lead remodeling position available for a licensed residential home builder in the South Bay of LA. We specialize in residential construction, extensive remodels, kitchens and baths, and all things carpentry related. Most of the work we do is on the Palos Verdes Peninsula and the Beach Cities of LA. We strive to be a low stress, high performing team who people trust with their most valuable possession, their home. This position will be required to operate in a leadership (foreman) capacity with task responsibility for other employees. We are specifically looking for a team member to lead the home remodeling process' onsite. Ability to read plans, drive and encourage safe operations with subs and employees, train and grow fellow coworkers, and meet quality expectations in an appropriate timeframe will be the expectations of this role. Position available: Remodel Carpentry Foreman
Foreman starting pay range $35-$45 per hour based on experience
Job Requirements:
Minimum 5 years field experience in relevant home remodeling trade working under experienced contractor. Candidate must have
appropriate tools for communicated skill level.
Tile installation experience
Drywall patch and repair
Door and window installation to include exterior patio doors
Construction Framing
Cabinet installation and finish work experience
Reliable transportation
Valid Driver's License
Fluent in English
Authorized to work in the USA
Ability to lift 60 lbs
Ability to work overhead
Ability to stand for 8 hours a day
Available for 40 Hours per week
