We are a fast growing Residential and Commercial contracting group that is looking for qualified Remodeler Construction Tradesman with 3-5 years of construction experience. Must have great attitude, motivation and a willingness to learn and work hard with attention to detail. Ability to personally perform these tasks is a plus.
Position: Contract Based
The Remodeler Construction Tradesman member position will be responsible for various trades during renovation. Preferable experience in general contracting, flooring, electrical, plumbing, drywall, texture, painting, heating and air conditioning services. This individual must be ambitious and possess a competent/cooperative demeanor as a representative of the Company. The role reports to the site Superintendent.
Responsibilities:
Have general renovation trade experience and skill in windows, electrical, plumbing, water restoration, painting, flooring, demolition and others.
Have good communication regarding performance of work.
Ideal Candidate:
· 3-5 years of General Construction experience in both commercial and residential
· Strong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
· Demonstrate a reliable, responsive and on-time work ethic
· Possession of a current and valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record is mandatory
· Dependable and Reliable

Project Info:
Bolco Construction is a regional construction company that is hiring for an ongoing project. We are looking for experienced tradesmen and remodelers to join our team. The project is at a multi-family property and experience with multi-family construction is desirable.
Desirable Traits
· General knowledge of or exposure to construction
· Experience working in repair, remodel, modification, alteration, or construction of buildings and knowledge of safe construction practices including compliance with building, health and safety codes, and standards.
· Experience working from plans, diagrams, blueprints, sketches, specifications, and work orders.
· Ability to operate, use, and maintain a variety of equipment including saws, drills, grinders and various hand and power tools used in the trades.
· Maintain service records, inspection records, and other documentation as needed.
For this position, we are looking for someone who has experience with scraping popcorn ceilings, skim coating, mud, tape, and texture. Specifically, we would like someone who is familiar using a texture machine and a hopper.
