General Contractor is seeking for a Semi-Skilled Residential Remodeler and Laborer.
We are a small and fast-growing residential construction company based in Northridge, CA
specializing in residential remodeling (ADU, room addition, room extension, kitchen and bathroom renovation)
Our business has grown through referrals. We take pride of how we treat our clients and our job sites.
We want to build a solid crew that will be committed to deliver excellent work on all our projects.

REQUIREMENTS: SEMI-SKILLED TRADESMAN ($25 - $30 per hour, DOE)
- Legal to work in the United States
- Minimum of 2 years residential remodeling construction experience
- Must have own basic power and hand tools (Ex. Circular saw/skilsaw, sawzall, cordless power tools, hammer, utility knife, etc.)
- Lives close to San Fernando Valley area (80% of projects are in SFV)
- Able to pass criminal background check
- Reliable
- Problem solver, not a complainer
- Team player
- Clean appearance
- Organized
- Willing to learn new things
REQUIREMENTS: HELPER/LABORER ($20 - $22.50 per hour)
- Legal to work in the United States
- Must have experience working in residential construction environment
- Assist Tradesman when needed
- Knowledge to use power tools and hand tools
- Lives close to San Fernando Valley area (80% of projects are in SFV)
- Able to pass criminal background check
- Must be able to lift up to 90lbs.
