We’re looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join our growing team at Torrance Motors. We specialize in European vehicles (BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Volkswagen, MINI) but service a wide range of makes and models.
About the Role:
This position is all about taking care of customers the right way — from the first phone call to the final handoff. You’ll be the link between customers and our technicians, making sure communication is clear, expectations are set, and vehicles are repaired correctly and on time.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of Service Advisor experience in an auto repair setting
- Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair (European cars a big plus)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a busy shop environment
- Comfortable with repair order writing and shop management systems. We use Tekmetric
- Capable of conducting road tests and performing quality control inspections before and after repairs
- Valid Driver’s License with proof of clean driving record
