We are a growing company doing commercial service work for well known customers. We are looking for a long term partners that will grow with out company. We are looking for someone skilled in service plumbing(able to troubleshoot and repair), minor electrical(able to troubleshoot and repair) and other handyman work such as small drywall repair, painting, etc
Our plumbing is comprised of clearing lines, replacing fixtures, repairing leaks etc.
Our electrical has an occasional new circuit but mostly ballast/driver replacement, outlet issues, breaker replacements etc
Perfect candidate will not necessarily know everything but is able and willing to learn.
Our company is structured as an LLC and everyone that works with us becomes a member of our LLC. Note: you will not be an employee but a partner in the LLC. Each member is guaranteed a $25/hr. for every hour contributed to the LLC, in addition at the end of the year a profit sharing of up to $5 per contributed hour which is paid based on the profitability of the company. At the end of the year everyone receives a schedule K with their earnings for tax purposes in addition to receipts for all costs. Our goal is for every member to work 4 days a week so they can have a life outside of work. We do not expect perfect records but expect honesty. Drug testing is a must because of our contracts with the clients. We believe in God but do not believe this should be forced on anyone(kind of defeats the purpose of our belief).
We provide a work vehicle and no costs are carried by any member when providing service.
