We’re seeking a talented Skilled Laborer to contribute to a variety of exciting and challenging projects. In this role, you’ll use your expertise to perform high-quality work, ensure projects stay on track, and help us deliver outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities:
. Assist sub-contractor teams with a variety of tasks, such as preparing workspace, light demolition and framing works.
. Handle and maintain tools and materials with care.
. Handle and maintain site protection, preparation of work areas and clean-up to ensure a safe and organized work environment.
. Apply safety protocols and best practices on all tasks.
. Open and secure property at end of work days.
What We’re Looking For:
. Enthusiasm for working in older homes and embracing the challenges that comes with.
. Able to provide and demonstrate a minimum of four years in residential renovation construction.
. Basic knowledge of hand and power tools is a plus.
. Be reliable to work 8 hour days, 5 days a week until project completion. No exceptions.
. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
. Well organized and Responsible.
. Punctual.
. Honest, Humble, teachable, and empowering to the project team
