Family owned Pool Service business is offering a W2 employment $28 - $35 hrly DOE. Company truck, chems and gas included for a Pool Service Repair and Pool Tech making $3500K to $6500 monthly DOE.
We are seeking a serious full-time (W2 Employee) candidate who has 3+ years of solid pool cleaning & pool equipment repair experience in the pool industry. Mon - Fri and some Saturdays required. Knowledge of all pool cleaning, salt cell cleaning, filter cleaning is required. Must be able to repair pumps, motors, some heaters, plumbing and electrical, etc. Knowledge of IPS units and chemical automation systems a plus. Good chemistry experience required in understanding the business. 50% Medical/Dental offered after 6 months of employment. One week off with pay during winter holiday after first year of employment and 5 sick days after 90-day probation period. The following is required:
Must have a valid driver license with good driving record
Must be able to work in the U.S.
Must be able to communicate effectively and understand and speak English
Must have a cell phone to download Pool App
Must be able to lift up to 75 - 100lbs
Must be able to follow instructions
Must be a team player as well as honest
Must want to work at a 100%
