Are you a skilled tradesperson with experience in waterproofing, decking, and framing? We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented professional to join our team! The majority of our projects involve elevated balconies, stairs, landings, and walkways—so precision and
craftsmanship are key.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Demo & Prep: Safely remove existing decks and plywood.
Waterproofing Systems: Install flashing, scuppers, drains, and acrylic lath waterproofing
systems with precision. Experience with Life Specialty Coatings is a plus.
Structural Work: Install new plywood with the correct slope and handle basic framing as
needed.
What We’re Looking For:
✅ 2-5 years of hands-on experience in waterproofing, decking, or a related trade.
✅ Ability to work efficiently on elevated structures with safety in mind.
✅ Your own set of basic tools (and the know-how to use them).
✅ Reliable transportation to job sites.
