We are a growing local window and door installation company that is looking to hire additional team members to assist our team with the installation of new construction and replacement windows and doors. The ideal candidate has previous experience in the construction industry, although this is not a requirement training will be provided regardless of prior experience. Additionally, this position requires a keen eye for detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to follow instructions carefully.
Responsibilities:
Assist with receiving window deliveries, including the verification of unit counts, size, and quality
Install a variety of different sized and configuration windows and doors according to company and building standards
Ensure that all jobsites are thoroughly cleaned up after installations are complete.
Fill out and submit all required job/project paperwork.
Communicate with and report to job foremen and project managers
Requirements:
Must have all key tools required for window installation jobs. This includes, but is not limited to: measuring tape, cordless drill, utility knife, pry bar, putty knife, and level. All PPE equipment will be company-provided.
Prior experience in window installation is advantageous but not required.
Reliable transportation and clean license is a must. This job will require driving company vehicles and occasionally jobsite reporting.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Starting pay is depending on experience, can range from $20-$22 to start. Performance evaluations and raise opportunities annually. Other benefits include: health, dental, vision, 401k, bonus opportunities, paid vacations & other PTO, nights & weekends off.
