We are a Transportation Company in search of an experienced Dispatcher. The ideal candidate will acquire, good coordination and time management . If you have the skills and expertise, then this position is for you.
Requirements:
-Minimum 5 years scheduling and dispatching
-Knowledgeable with DAT & Truck-stop board
-Must be reliable, a self-starter and possess good organization skills
-Working knowledge of computers (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
-Must be dependable and professional with great communication skills
-Must be knowledgeable with DOT regulations
-Looking for Spanish speaking candidate
-Must be able to use Quickbooks
Job Duties:
-Book loads and set up trips
-Track & trace shipment and drivers
-Schedule regularly truck maintenance
