A custom metal fabrication company located in Gardena, is seeking a reliable Driver/Warehouse person. This position combines warehouse operations with deliveries of metal inventory and fabricated metal products to construction job sites using stakebed trucks.
We’re hiring an experienced professional driver and warehouse person, not entry level.
This position combines warehouse duties with driving a 12' and 24’ stake bed trucks to deliver materials to customer job sites. We’re looking for someone reliable, safety-minded, and professional who takes pride in their work.
Responsibilities:
Operate forklifts safely and efficiently (daily safety checks required)
Load and unload metal materials and finished goods
Pull, prepare, and verify orders for accuracy
Drive and deliver materials to customer job sites (clean MVR required)
Perform warehouse organization, inventory checks, and cycle counts
Keep warehouse clean, safe, and organized at all times
Requirements:
2+ years forklift experience (must be a seasoned operator)
Current forklift certification
Experience driving larger trucks (e.g., 24’ stakebed)
Clean driving record; valid Class C license (must be 21+)
Must pass drug test
Able to lift up to 25 lbs and perform physical warehouse work
High school diploma or GED
Fluent in English; Spanish a plus
Strong communication and customer service skills
Location: Gardena, CA
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday
Compensation: $24–$25/hour + medical, dental, 401(k), paid holidays, and PTO
