Job Responsibilities:
1. Maintain relationships with clients and seek advantageous freight forwarding and logistics supplier resources to strengthen the resource capabilities of the U.S. branch.
2. Conduct business visits with clients and suppliers, maintaining regular interactions.
3. Track logistics and follow up on any issues for goods arriving in the U.S. until they reach the consignee (training provided if needed).
4. Prepare and organize logistics/freight-related documents and files (training provided if needed).
5. Assist with other tasks as needed.
Job Requirements:
1. Education: College / University degree
2. Gender: No preference
3. Age: 25-40 years old
4. Language: English/Proficiency in Mandarin
5. Possess strong professional ethics, a sense of responsibility, and initiative, with excellent communication skills
6. Experience in logistics/freight forwarding is preferred; candidates familiar with business operations and who have customer and cargo resources will be given priority
