We are now hiring a Luxury Transportation Specialist to help us continue delivering five-star service across every touchpoint.
Position Summary
We are looking for a dependable, professional, and personable Luxury Transportation Specialist to join our growing team. This unique role blends driving, guest relations, and logistical coordination. You’ll be responsible for handling luxury vehicle deliveries and airport transfers, assisting with guest arrivals and departures, and ensuring our fleet is well-maintained and ready to impress.
Key Responsibilities
Luxury Vehicle Transport: Safely move vehicles between villas, garages, service locations, and events across Malibu, Beverly Hills, and surrounding areas.
Airport Transfers: Drive guests to and from LAX and other regional airports with professionalism and courtesy.
Guest Services Support: Assist with guest arrivals/departures, helping transport luggage and offering a warm, professional welcome.
Fleet Coordination: Work closely with operations and guest services teams to manage car scheduling, availability, and usage.
Vehicle Maintenance Oversight: Coordinate detailing, fueling, maintenance appointments, and inspections to ensure our cars are always pristine and ready for use.
On-Call Support: Remain available for urgent guest needs or last-minute vehicle swaps when needed.
Qualifications
Valid California Driver’s License
Clean driving record (DMV printout required)
Must be 25+ years old (for insurance purposes)
Strong knowledge and appreciation of luxury and exotic vehicles
Exceptional customer service and interpersonal communication skills
Highly reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance and attitude
Able to maintain confidentiality and discretion with high-profile guests
Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and flexible hours
