Web Developer / IT Lead
Responsibilities
Maintain and update websites (Ruby on Rails app, WordPress sites, custom PHP/HTML/JS/CSS).
Create and manage JotForms.
Manage domains, DNS, cPanel hosting, and Stripe accounts/payment links.
Troubleshoot IT issues; point of escalation for tech support.
Maintain and support Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Azure/Power Platform, GitHub, LastPass.
Directly manage IT Technician.
Requirements
Experience with web development (WordPress, Ruby on Rails, PHP, HTML, CSS, JS).
Familiarity with cloud/hosting platforms (AWS, Azure, cPanel, DNS).
Strong troubleshooting skills.
Able to explain technical issues to non-technical staff.
