This is an application for skilled editors that specialize in Video Retention, Custom Motion Graphics, Shorts Swipe Through Rate. The ideal candidate will be able to cut 20-30 shorts per month consistently.
Pay will be set on a per project delivery basis $50-$150 depending on skill level. You will be asked to take raw footage with a script and sequence it into a cohesive and engaging YouTube Short with a great hook, and an engaging edit optimized for Swipe Through / Retention. You can expect revisions and a ton of communication, we value questions & editors that are looking to learn Dan’s strategy and not only copy, but improve upon our current shorts. Pay range for shorts will depend on skills and experience, we encourage you to apply if you believe you can bring value to this company.
Ideal candidate is highly organized, detail oriented and has great communication. We are a small team looking to grow and bring on new talented people that specialize in retention based editing & motion graphics. A familiarity with the food / IRL side of YouTube is a huge plus!
