Receiving phone calls from clients
E-Filing
Mailings – First Class Mail, USPS Priority Mail, FedEx
Scanning and linking incoming mail to PM
Paper Filing
Create Check Request
Drafting Documents:
a. Petition for Probate b. Ancillary Documents for Estate Planning with Wealth Counsel Software c. Deed d. Trust Administration
Print and Assemble Documents for Estate Planning Signing
Deed Recording – by mailing or eRecording with Simplfile
Proof of Service – prepare form in Essential Forms
Handle Tasks Assigned by Attorney(s
Requirements - Deep understanding of Probate & Estate Administration
Probate Litigation experience required
Foundational knowledge in Probate Law
Comprehensive knowledge of Probate & Estate Administration
Willing and able to own projects, writing and negotiating, planning and organizing
Detailed, accurate, and an ability to handle confidential information
Ability to simplify complex problems and build solutions
Customer service oriented communication skills
Strong understanding of spreadsheets and word processing is preferred
