District RN Location: Madera, CA Pay: $55/hour Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM Mileage Provided We are seeking a dedicated District RN to join ourteam in Madera County. In this role, you will travel between multiple schoolsto provide vital health services to students. Your responsibilities willinclude conducting health assessments, developing and implementingIndividualized Healthcare Plans (IHPs), administering medical care andprocedures, and collaborating with staff to ensure a safe and healthy learningenvironment. Key Responsibilities: · Conductroutine health assessments and screenings (vision, hearing, etc.). · Developand implement IHPs for students with special health care needs. · Administermedications and perform medical procedures (e.g., catheterizations, tubefeedings). · Monitorchronic conditions and respond to medical emergencies. · Educatestaff, students, and parents on health-related issues. · Maintainhealth records and ensure compliance with regulations. · Participatein IEP meetings and contribute to student health assessments. · Travelbetween schools with mileage reimbursement.
