Part-Time Bookkeeper /Human Resource Specialist

The HR Specialist/bookkeeper will be responsible for account receivables, account payables, account reconciliation, processing payroll, human resources and administrative activities. This position will be approximately 10-15 hours per week.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Accounting Functions:

Record day to day financial transactions and maintain financial records in QuickBooks.

Review & process accounts payable.

Review, process and reconcile purchase orders.

Review monthly P&L statements with owner(s)

Bank Reconciliation

Serve in an administrative capacity for the Leadership team, as requested.

Any other duties as required based on business and departmental needs.

HR Functions

Support with onboarding needs, pre-season set up tasks, and other duties as assigned.

Assist with Human Resources hiring and onboarding activities.

Process payroll and reimbursements for all staff.

Maintain HR records and archive in adherence to employment law and internal document retention policies.
