Vocality Community Credit Union is in search of a strong team leader to oversee our Ukiah branch. A comprehensive, generous benefits package is included.
Responsibilities include:
A focus on developing staff to provide “above and beyond” member service.
Managing daily branch activity in accordance with policies, procedures and regulations.
Developing and implementing operational plans that support the Company’s overall strategic objectives.
Minimum qualifications and experience required:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Three years’ experience in financial institution operations
Two years’ supervisory experience
Bilingual highly preferred (English/Spanish)
