The primary responsibility of an Innkeeper at Brewery Gulch Inn is to provide a seamless and positive experience for each guest from reservation through departure. An innkeeper should be friendly, respectful of boundaries and a problem-solver. Remembering and greeting each guest by their name is highly desirable.
General duties:
Process new reservations
Answer general inquiries about the inn
Inspect rooms prior to check-in
Assist guests with both pre and post arrival concierge services
Assist with wine hour service
Assist guests with luggage
Gift shop sales/restocking
Other duties as assigned
