Customer service Representative position. Representative is to foster positive communication and provide necessary customer service to all new and existing customers.
Office Duties: Handle incoming Phone calls,Handle any Agent needs from District Office or Corporate. Customer Duties: Policy Processing, payments, required documents, and policy changes/additions.
Customer Retention: expirations, cancellations, renewals, Annual Reviews, Proactive communication regarding policy or premium changes,Other Agency Office duties as necessary or assigned.
This job requires background screening and the employee to earn and keep in good standing their Property and Casualty Insurance License with the CA DOI within 90 days of effective date of hire.
