WHO ARE WE:
We offer a unique service to adults with disabilities in California. It is called Supported Living. Supported Living gives people with disabilities the opportunity to live independently in their own homes rather than living in a group home or institution. You will coordinate client support, lead and manage a team of case managers, schedule management; provide 24 hours emergency response at least one week per month.
JOB DETAILS:
The rate of pay is $34-36/hour based on experience and education. Hours are M-F 8 am-5 pm with the emergency phone as assigned. Travel includes 1 week of new hire training at our Corporate office in Redding, CA within the first month of employment.
WE'RE LOOKING FOR THE BEST. HERE IS WHAT WE LIKE TO SEE:
-Bachelor's degree
-3+ years of case management experience
-Drivers license, reliable vehicle, valid auto insurance, and acceptable DMV record
-Drug test and Fingerprint/ Background check clearance (We pay!)
-Eligible to work in the U.S.
-Have a CPR and First Aid certification (or willing to get one)
