Two houses on the same property: one is a family home, the other a guest house.
First: Clean a small, modern two-bedroom home on a regular bi-monthly schedule. From time to time, weekly.
Second: Clean a modern guest house on the same property whenever guests are booked. It's slow now in Winter, but picks up in Spring. Most weekends are booked in Summer. The cleaning day of the week is usually flexible unless we have to turn the guest house around quickly.
It will be a combination of half-days cleaning one house, and full days with light cleaning at both houses.
We are twenty minutes from Philo, thirty minutes from Elk, and forty-five minutes from Mendocino. Pay is $30/hour for someone with good command of English. We'll consider paying some drive time.
