IMMEDIATE OPENING
We are looking for an employee with experience in landscape maintenance and/or construction as a laborer to complete a crew. We are looking to fill this full-time position immediately. Please email for application.
QUALIFICATIONS
Mowing, edging, blowing, pruning, pesticide application and digging experience
A broad understanding of Planting, Irrigation and Drainage installation
Perform physically challenging work (see below)
Dependability - Arrive on time and work an 8 hour day, 5 days a week
Good working knowledge of all equipment required to use
Able to understand and follow oral instructions
Respond appropriately to supervisors, co-workers and customers
MUST BE HARDWORKING INDIVIDUAL WITH A STRONG WORK ETHIC
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
CA Driver's License with clean record
Speak some English
1-3 Years Landscape Construction or Maintenance Experience, pay based on Experience
Provide own transportation to and from job site or company yard
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Able to lift, pull and push up to 50-80 lbs; carry materials, bend, twist, kneel, climb, and balance, walk at a brisk pace and work in a kneeling position for extended periods, work in the rain and extreme temperatures, withstand dust, pollens and gas fume exposure on a daily basis.
Be able to work an 8 hour day, 5 days a week.
