Lead Installer
AC&R Service Heating Cooling & Solar is looking for a motivated individuals to join our installation crew for the installation of HVAC, specializing in Mitsubishi ductless, PV solar systems and battery backup. We are looking for hardworking, dedicated individual willing to oversee installation assistants on the job. We are a longstanding business that prides itself on excellent customer service and a high quality of work. Prior knowledge of electrical, HVAC and/or solar experience is required.
Requirements:
Must be 18 years of age
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
No felony convictions and the ability to pass a background check
EPA refrigerant certification
Experience:
Must have a minimum of 3 years HVAC and/or solar installation experience
Expectations:
Punctuality, dependability, strong work ethic and maturity
Ability to listen and communicate with fellow employees and the public
Focus on safety and a neat orderly workplace
Willingness to oversee an installation crew to complete successful, safe and efficient installations of HVAC and solar
Must be a positive representative of our companies values and focus on customer service
Willingness to receive constructive feedback
Demonstrate strong and consistent communication with all fellow employees and the owners
Position Details:
Working hours are 8am – 4:30 PM Monday – Friday (may occasionally vary – possible Sat. on – call)
Full – time position
$28-$40 HR wage depending on experience
