Redwood Coast Regional Center is currently recruiting for an Employment Services Manager to join our dedicated team.
Under supervision, the Employment Services Manager is responsible for the coordination of activities related to the development of competitive integrated employment opportunities for people with developmental disabilities. We utilize Person Centered Principles in all that we do and are looking for people who truly want to make a difference in clients' lives.
We require a Bachelor's Degree in a social or human services field with six years of increasingly responsible full-time paid experience. RCRC offers an excellent benefits plan including 15 days vacation leave, 12 days sick leave, 14 paid holidays, medical, dental, vision, life/AD&D insurance, CalPERS retirement.
