About the Role:
Oversee all aspects of real estate projects, including renovations, scheduling, budgeting, and coordinating contractors.
Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Work closely with me to ensure the house is ready for sale, adhering to high-quality standards that will maximize profits.
Manage the project through to its sale, ensuring a smooth transition to the market.
Compensation:
You’ll earn a percentage of the profits upon the successful sale of each project. The exact percentage will be based on experience and project scope.
Ideal Candidate:
Proven experience in managing real estate renovation or construction projects.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to manage budgets and timelines.
Self-starter with a problem-solving mindset.
Knowledge of the local real estate market is a plus.
