JW Floor Covering Inc. has been providing superior flooring installations since 1989. We install Carpet, Vinyl Plank, Laminate, Wood, and Tile. We are an exclusive flooring installer for the nation's #1 home improvement retailer. We operate out of nine service warehouses in CA and NV: San Diego, Temecula, Canoga Park, Santa Maria, Castroville, Hayward, Pittsburg, Santa Rosa, and Las Vegas. Apply for the branch closest to you.
Our jobsites are residential, floor change only. Every job will be home owner or tenant occupied. Carpet and materials for carpet installations are stored at our warehouse. All other flooring installs and materials for tile, wood, laminate, and vinyl will be delivered to the jobsite. Jobs will be scheduled for installation when materials are confirmed to have been delivered. Every contractor and its employees must pass a background check. Every full-time installer and crew members must pass a background. DL and SSC are required for the background checks.

1. What type of contractors license you hold?
2. What are the types of flooring you install with your license?
3. Do you have one or more crews?
4. Which branch is closest to you?
5. Subcontractor requirements will be sent by email. Upon agreeing we meeting will be scheduled to meet with the hiring managers.
6. The flooring contractor and all employees must pass a background check. DL and SSC required for background checks.
Installers looking for full-time employment be prepared to discuss:
1. How many years of lead experience do you have?
2. What types of flooring do you install?
3. Do you have a complete toolset to install these flooring types?
4. Do you have a truck, van, or trailer that can haul job materials or job trash?
5. Do you have one or more helpers?
6. Can you pass a background check and drug screening? DL and SSC required for background checks.
