Both lots are aproxaimately 100 X 130 deep . Look for three yellow paint stripes on Iroquois Trail . 1st stripe on upper end is where first lot begins . Middle yellow stripe is where 1st lot ends and 2nd lot begins . 3rd stripe is where 2nd lot ends . Sloping but most of parcels are walkable . if you need help or more info. let me know but if you follow directions you'll find parcels .
