With a global footprint, they have played a pivotal role in nurturing nearly 500 companies and currently manage close to $20 billion in assets under management (AUM).Responsibilities:

Maintain the general ledger for Funds, overseeing day-to-day cash and non-cash transactions, including investments, conversions, accruals, expenses, capital calls, distributions, valuation changes, and exit transactions.

Conduct monthly reconciliations of bank accounts.

Facilitate wire transfers for investments and Fund expenses.

Lead the quarterly financial close process for Funds, preparing all financial statements such as the Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Partners Capital, Cash Flows, and Statement of Income (SOI).

Prepare quarterly and year-to-date individual partners’ capital allocations.

Requirements

Key Requirements:

Prior accounting experience, ideally as an auditor working with venture/asset management clients or within another fund or fund administration role. Preference will be given to candidates with auditing experience.

Possess a positive attitude and a collaborative personality, demonstrating strong teamwork skills and an easy-going demeanor.

Exhibit a strong work ethic, proactivity, and meticulous attention to detail. Superior communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for interactions with upper management.

Holding a CPA certification is highly advantageous.
