Description A Logistics Coordinator is responsible for overseeing all aspects of logistics operations, including planning, coordinating, and tracking the dispatch, shipping, and delivery of goods. The role requires constant coordination with warehouse staff, transportation companies, and clients to ensure seamless operations. They also maintain accurate records, handle all logistics-related problems or complaints, and ensure all operations comply with safety and quality standards. The goal is to manage the entire order cycle to enhance business development and ensure sustainability and customer satisfaction.Requirements Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in a logistics role, preferably in a coordinator or managerial position.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong knowledge of logistic procedures, laws, and ISO requirements.
Proficiency with logistics software or transportation management systems.
Proficient understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to problem-solve, handle disputes, and resolve complaints effectively and professionally.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Certification in transportation or logistics would be an advantage.
