Post-Sales Operations (PSO) is seeking an experienced Program Manager to manage the Client Reality Labs (FRL) global scrap/recycling projects, and the New Product Introduction launch readiness activities. Job Responsibilities:
•Manage FRL global scrap/recycling projects with vendors and Client Security from initiation, execution, to closure.
•Issue Oracle scrap orders to service centers and fulfillment centers. Ensure closure after materials pick-ups.
•Drive scrap/recycling project process improvements including Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) enhancement.
•Collect and analyze scrap/recycling data including number of projects, pallets, weights, and materials.
•Present weekly scrap/recycling metrics and project status.
•Manage PSO New Product Introduction launch readiness activities to closure.

There are 2 areas that this candidate will be responsible for
1. FRL global scrap/recycling (e.g. service center, fulfillment center, site warehouse):
•This candidate will coordinate and manage each project initiated from FRL teams.
•This includes taking the info from requestor, schedule the pick-up with requestor/recycling vendor/ Client Security, monitor issues during pick-up and destruction, and verify the closure of each project.
•This candidate will also need to issue Oracle order if requestor is scrapping inventory items.
•This candidate will present weekly scrap/recycling metrics and project status.
•This candidate will drive scrap/recycling project process improvement including Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) enhancement, request in-take method, etc.
2. PSO New Product Introduction (NPI) launch readiness management
•PSO has 3 pillars in the organization (Service Management and Operations, Customer Support, Customer Experience).
•This candidate will manage these 3 pillars launch readiness activities on the NPI. He/She will be responsible to ensure that PSO is ready to serve the customers at product launch.
•The NPI projects involve cross-functional interactions (e.g. product management, product engineering, quality, reliability, packaging, legal, logistics). This candidate will present PSO to attend product meetings and bring updates from product teams to the PSO weekly launch readiness meetings.
•This candidate will present weekly launch readiness status and drive process improvements.
