Description We are in search of an Administrative Assistant based in Merced, California, 95340, United States. This role involves providing support to our team through various administrative tasks. As an integral part of our team, you will help maintain and update our databases, prepare and distribute documentation, and provide support to our clients and employees as needed. This is a long-term contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities: Maintain, update, and enter information into company databases with a high degree of accuracy. Organize, store, and print company documents as needed. Prepare and distribute various types of documentation, including memos, invoices, reports, and other correspondence. Write, edit, and revise documents ranging from letters to reports and instructional documents. Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings. Manage incoming and outgoing mail, handle office expenses and billing. Provide support to clients and employees as needed by answering phones and responding to inquiries. Utilize Microsoft Office suite (including Word, Excel, and Outlook) to perform various tasks. Handle customer service tasks, including answering inbound calls, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Schedule appointments and manage email correspondence. Requirements Minimum of 2 years' experience in an administrative role Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Experience in answering inbound and making outbound calls Strong customer service skills and experience Data entry skills with an eye for accuracy Experience in email correspondence and able to communicate effectively in writing Ability to schedule appointments and manage calendars High school diploma or equivalent required Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multi-task and prioritize work effectively Excellent verbal communication skills Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Professional demeanor and attitudePlease contact Robert Half at 209.554.0521 for immediate consideration.Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
