Casa de Fruta is currently seeking a Full-Time Restaurant General Manager with the following qualifications:
⢠Minimum five years of prior Restaurant General Management experience required.
⢠Qualified individuals must be flexible to work all days/shifts/holidays, as needed.
⢠Demonstrate knowledge of best practice restaurant policies, products, service, quality and operational standards.
⢠Ability to lead and motivate the Restaurant team of more than 40 associates.
⢠Knowledge and use of POS systems, ordering and labor scheduling. Aloha POS Platform experience is a plus.
⢠Successful experience in positive sales, team and profit growth.
⢠Experience negotiating with vendors
⢠Must have excellent interpersonal skills, with high emphasis on customer satisfaction.
⢠Develop and contribute to a professional service and sales culture.
⢠Manager is expected to back up all positions during peak times.
⢠Ensures and monitors acceptable employee performance. Must be familiar with CA labor laws.
⢠Communicate with all levels of the organization in a professional manner.
⢠Multi-Unit experience is a plus.
