Carer Strategies is looking to hire several apartment Porter/Groundskeepers in Turlock, CA. We currently have several properties that need help as soon as possible. APPLY NOW.
Job Responsibilities:
⢠Landscaping and lawn care
⢠Removal as-needed
⢠Pick up trash and clean breezeways
⢠Change bulbs in interior and exterior light fixtures
⢠Must be able to move appliances and furniture
⢠Exterior/ Interior touch up building maintenance
⢠Lift 40-50 lbs and have the ability to physically manage painting as well as pressure washing
⢠Assist maintenance staff as needed
