Always Rescue Plumbing Inc. is looking for a Full-Time BILINGUAL Office Administrative Assistant
Monday - Friday: 7 AM - 3:30 PM
Previous Office Administration Experience would be helpful.
If you are detail-oriented, dependable, hardworking, knowledgeable, and a team player we would like to speak with you.
Responsibilities Include (But not limited to):
⁃ Answering phones
⁃ Call new customers and create new appointments
⁃ Data entry
⁃ Obtaining permits for projects
⁃ Prepare reports and collect/submit other documents within a set deadline.
⁃ Enter invoices and other financial information using our software.
⁃ Perform other clerical duties as needed
- Assist the Office Manager with various duties as assigned.
⁃ Work individually and as a team to accomplish company goals.
Qualifications:
⁃ Must have a good attitude and willingness to learn.
⁃ Excellent phone etiquette and able to speak and communicate well with customers & coworkers.
⁃ Bilingual a plus English - Spanish ⁃ Professionally interact with customers & coworkers.
⁃ Knowledge of software and computer skills.
⁃ Extremely organized & detail-oriented
⁃ Prior office experience (Min. 1 Year)
Compensation / Benefits:
⁃ Pay is negotiable and depends on experience.
